Even More Motorcycle Gear Reviews
I’ll be the first to admit that I don’t know everything, especially when it comes to motorcycle gear. When it comes to product reviews, it is all just a matter of opinion. What one person likes, another may hate. Someone may have a bad experience with something just because they received a defective item that didn’t honestly represent the whole product line. Someone else might give an unfairly biased positive review because his best friend owns the company.
There are too many variables to trust any one source. Check around other places and decide for yourself what you think will work for you.
When I’m looking for reviews, the first place I check is Google. Feel free to use whatever search engine you prefer, Google just works for me.
Here are the steps I follow:
I have found tons of valuable reviews that way.
Beyond that, here are a few different places that I have checked when looking for opinions on something that I’m looking at buying.
Links to In-depth Motorcycle Gear Reviews
These first few sites provide some detailed reviews of specific products. I think of them almost like a “Consumer Reports” for motorcycle gear. These sites are good resources if you are looking at a certain category of something and want to know what specific brand to consider.

Buyer Reviews for Motorcycle Gear
While the in-depth reviews are great, many times I prefer to look at buyer reviews. They are usually short, sweet and to the point. They are offered by the everyman who uses the product day in and day out. Sometimes these reviews can be swayed by brand loyalty or tainted by a brief bad experience. But, when you look at several reviews for a single product, you can usually get a fair idea of what to expect.
Motorcycle Superstore

I’ve bought several things from this site. They have a wide variety of products for sale and every product usually has several dozen reviews.
Reading reviews ahead of time can give you an idea of what to expect, but they don’t guarantee anything.
When it comes down to it, the only opinion on an item that really matters is your own. Do you like it, and does it work for you?
